Little Snail is A.O.K!

Little Snail is a brave trooper at the doctor's office

Thank you all for the outreach of love and thoughtfulness and prayers for Little Snail! It was a blessing to find out today that the injury to her ear drum, from jamming a Q-Tip (cotton swab) into her ear, was not as bad as they first thought! Her ear drum is 20% torn and we have to wait three weeks to see if it will heal on its own. She is doing great! And I am doing great after freaking out from seeing blood pouring out of my little one's ear. :o)

She is one of those kids who have to learn everything the hard way. She will never "listen" to us and has to make her own mistakes. She definitely learned her lesson!

Glad she's okay,

and that picture is just to much! You can really see how much she's grown, vs the one on the side bar! It all happens to fast doesn't it??? She's adorable!

Whew. Something about that second child always having to find things out for themselves. My girl is the SAME way. When I read your post I went and put the Qtips up higher!

So glad she's doing better! :)

GREAT news!! I ruptured my eardrum as a child too (because of an ear infection) so I know that pain. Poor thing!!

My 3 yr old is the same. When he BROKE his arm at the age of 2, Daddy and I agreed....he's the one who has to learn the hard way. He's the one who is wild and crazy. He is the one who keeps us on our toes!! lol

Praying for a complete fast recovery!! =)

WOW! That is some good news! I know it's already been a while since you found out, but I just learned today.

Take care of that Little Snail! I understand the problems of learning the hard way and suspect Meghan will be the same way!

My daughter is obssesed with Qtips so we have to hide them all because we are scared she will do the same thing. Glad she is ok.

Before you take my images, you'd better ask me first. I request that if, and when, you use my information and pictures, you provide proper credit and citation. A link back to my blog is nice, too. I love to give permission to really nice people. In fact, I have never said no. If you steal anything from my site, I get to be mean to you. Really mean. And I am smart enough to catch you being sneaky, too.
