Meaningful Writing: Signs

Young children need lots of opportunities for authentic, real, meaningful writing. The majority of these experiences come about during dramatic play.

On Sunday, the Snails put on an good, old fashioned sock puppet show.


Big Snail wrote a sign for the performance:


It says, "We Are Closing."
